Sapphire Court is due to launch on the 5th June, at the moment we can offer investors a 3% pre-launch discount as well as other potential incentives to secure the first 10% of apartments in the development.
Digbeth has been one of our most sought after locations over the past 12-18 months, and we are pleased to present an option to our investor community which provides both an excellent yield & also great expectations for capital growth.
Situated ideally within the local area, Sapphire Court sits on one of the main commuter arteries into the City Centre, and as such benefits from excellent transport links. It is a 11-minute walk from Birmingham New Street Station, 9-minute walk from the Bullring Shopping Centre and a 12-minute walk to the new HS2 Terminal. The accommodation is much needed to meet the demand of people moving to Birmingham, particularly young professionals moving from London and graduates from the Birmingham universities.
Named the one of the coolest neighbourhoods in the UK by the Sunday Times, Digbeth is Birmingham's hottest property spot. With plenty of bars and restaurants, it is comparable to the Northern Quarter and Ancoats in Manchester, and is a location in very high demand. Digbeth is one of the main creative centres in the city – a place where artists, digital and media enthusiasts mingle at The Custard Factory and Fazeley Studios with graduates, vintage lovers and musicians. The area is set to see huge regeneration efforts over the next few years. The £1.9bn Smithfield regeneration will be central to the wider, long-term transformation of Digbeth and Birmingham's city centre.

Why Birmingham?
- Birmingham is home to over 75,000 students with a 49% retention rate. The University of Birmingham and Aston University are consistently ranked in the top 50 UK Universities and the local economy benefits from a vast talent pool which helps to attract major employers to the city.
- Construction on HS2 has now begun - valued at £100 bn this is the largest infrastructure project in the UK and connects London and Birmingham in 49 minutes. This puts 45 million people within 1 hour of Birmingham.
- 60% of the population is aged below 35 - one of the most youthful cities in Europe and this is the largest demographic of renter.
- With the population growth rate rising faster than other UK cities and a high graduate retention rate there is a continuous increase in demand for city-centre apartments. Current shortfall of 2,300 homes to keep pace with demand.
